Server Rules & Guidelines

You must not disrespect members within the server. Treat everyone equally and with proper respect.

Use proper channels (media for pictures/videos, bot-commands for commands). Keep conversations in their proper categories.

Use common sense. If you know something is wrong, don’t do it.

Do not DM members with explicit content, advertisements, harassment, or anything that breaks server rules.

Do not create alternative accounts in the server. Doing so results in a permanent ban.

Be respectful in VCs. No excessive foul language, background noise, mic spam, or repeatedly joining/leaving channels.

Your server nickname must match your Roblox username (not display name). Failure to comply will result in moderation.

Do not send advertisements (server invites, sales, etc.). This results in a permanent ban.

Do not ping Senior High Ranks. Violations trigger auto-mod and temporary mute.

Failure to follow Discord ToS results in a permanent ban. This includes NSFW content, explicit messages, gifs, or stickers.

Any form of exploiting, cheating, or abusing glitches (in-game or Discord systems) results in an immediate ban.

Follow staff instructions at all times. Ignoring or refusing staff directions leads to punishment.

Do not impersonate staff, Roblox users, or other members (names, PFPs, fake accounts).

Do not spam messages, emojis, reactions, mic spam, or soundboards in any channel or VC.

Discrimination of any kind (racism, sexism, homophobia, ableism, etc.) will not be tolerated and may result in a permanent ban.

Harassment, bullying, targeting, or witch-hunting of members/staff is strictly prohibited.

Sharing or threatening to share private information of any user is an instant permanent ban.

Any threats towards members, staff, or the community (including doxxing, raiding, violence) result in immediate termination and blacklist.

• Discord identifiers (user ID, username, roles) and, when provided, your Roblox username/ID.
• Moderation history (warnings, mutes, kicks, bans) with supporting links or evidence.
• Tickets, forms (apps/appeals), and staff notes needed to manage the community.

We use stored info to enforce rules, investigate abuse, and run processes like applications, training, whitelisting, and appeals.

Records are retained as long as needed to protect the community. Older items may be archived or anonymized when no longer necessary.

You can request a summary of data we hold about you, or ask us to remove what we reasonably can. Start a ticket in Discord to begin.

We rely on Discord, Roblox, and form providers to run the community. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services.

Moderation data is limited to staff with a need-to-know. We take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access or misuse.

By submitting any materials to us, including liveries, uniforms, graphics, code, documents, or other assets, you represent you have the right to submit them and assign to the GSRP network all right, title, and interest in those materials upon submission. This assignment is worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, and sub-licensable, and allows GSRP to use, modify, distribute, and commercialize the materials in any manner. If a specific written agreement says otherwise, that agreement controls.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version on this page applies. Continued participation after changes means you accept the update.
